This property is located close to the center of town, with a general store and gas station within a short walk. There is a hill at the center of the property and the pasture is on the hill. The 360 degree views from the top of the hill are breathtaking and include views of Ragged Mountain, Mt. Kearsage, and Mount Cardigan. The forest is concentrated on the northeast slope of the hill and at the base of the hill to the north and northeast. The forest was selectively logged in 2015. The pasture was used for cattle grazing up until spring 2020. The property is enclosed by rock walls and wire fencing, but the entrance gate was recently removed. The soil is glacial till and is fairly rocky. The photos are from Fall 2019 and the pasture has rebounded considerably since then. Open to a short term or long term lease agreement.
