We are looking for 1-3 year lease.
Additional Information
We have an 8 acre property located in Bridgewater, MA. The farm has not been in use for about 15 years. It was a farm that mostly grew fruits and vegetables. There is about 2 acres left of Farmland we would like to rent out to Farmers. There are 35-40 apple trees that still produce fruit each year. We are looking for an eager farmer who wants to prune the trees, and can harvest the fruit and keep the profits. There is plenty of land between the apple orchard to grow fruits and veggies as well. There is a drilled well and electricity for Farmers. There is also a barn on the property that can be used for minimal storage. We are looking to have farmers bring the farm back to life with affordable rent per acre.
