Property for lease

Owner conducts on and off restoration work of additional property buildings for a multi - phase development and conversion of property into a farming micro conference center for meetings and Farm to Table events to provide for networking opportunities for many involved in farming. We offer growing space to farmers seeking land at no charge provided they practice Regenerative Ag. Applications.

Other tenure arrangement

Open field areas available on a first come / first serve basis , Free of Charge until greater majority of the 4 acres have been occupied by farmers growing on various desired growing footprints. Farmers pay only for their individual irrigation needs.
We currently have roughly an acre and a half available of open field space to any next farmer seeking land at this time.

Additional Information

Generational family lives off - site. We'll maintain the grounds mowing etc..Owner will gradually renovate barn depending on how extensive future barn use becomes as farm activities evolve.

PLEASE NOTE: This post is essentially to welcome those seeking farmland on their individual timeline of urgency for the 2026 and 2027 seasons by tarping off of their desired growing footprints for 2026 and beyond.

The two - 2 acre fields are available for growing to additional farmers, with owner requesting Regenerative Agriculture practices preferably little to no tilling.  Small detached garage is also available for use.

Farm sits atop a hill with gorgeous sunset views. Property is surrounded by residential which would prevent livestock on property.  Large frontage along high traffic volume town road allows for a roadside farmstand  We only ask that farmers working their individual farming areas work out a cooperative approach to working together when the farmstand is open to the general public.

Property has a full - time tenant who uses the house as his residence.  The lower ground floor to the barn has space available to farmers for storage of their equipment.

Barn is scheduled for installation of a half - bath - full bathroom with start of construction on that in the fall of 2025, and extending towards a completion date of hopefully late in the spring of 2026. The bathroom will be available to all farmers on site. In addition, the barn is scheduled for a multi - phase build out to convert into a Multi- purpose facility for farmers to use for any of their seminars, workshops, Farm to Table events, and occasional overnight stays. As this construction build - out is mainly  a DIY project we anticipate that being a multi - year project where owners are hopeful to live part time on the farm by 2029 - 2030.

WI-FI is available to farmers free of charge.

Owner is willing to discuss establishing high - tunnel or greenhouse expansions based on weather conditions the hill encounters annually, namely high winds. Standard lease rates would apply for establishing structures on site with owner not responsible for damage due to weather elements.

Should present farmer tenant opt to vacate farmhouse after completion of any future  harvest season house would become available on a right of first refusal to farmers on site based on tenure.
