It is lofted half over for hay storage for about 1200 bales. It has a metal roof and half of a 12,000kwh solar electric system. It has running water and a 60 amp service. It has a dirt floor.
Farm stand dismantles for storage. It measure 3' x 8' and had a door over the front.
There's a 10' x 10' shelter for animals in the front pasture.
There's electric fencing around the perimeter of the pastures, but it needs a lot of repair. There's extensive polywire fencing for rotational; grazing. There are many polywire chicken fences for the pastured birds and the layers' access to other areas.
There's a large parking area at the barn.

Currently the bulk of the land is kept mowed. The pastures need to have animals on them, as there have been none since 2018. This soil is Hadley loam, the 7th best soil in the world, per a National Geographic survey. Hatfield is a small town of 3400 people and has its own K - 12 school system.
I am a 70 year old widow who would like to age in place in the addition my husband built for that purpose. The farm has been organically farmed since 2000 but because it is only 160' wide, it is not able to be certified organic.
My husband built everything on the property by himself, except the tobacco shed. He renovated that 3 times. We have done out best to be good stewards of the soil and I would like to find someone interested in regenerative agriculture and rotational grazing.
